Homework

1. Show me your Flash skills! Create two animated banners advertising Hurricane Insurance, one 728×90 and one 300×250 unit. The ads should have the following attributes:

• 15 seconds long
• Max file size: 100kb
• Mix of vector and bitmap imagery
• At least 5 lines / screens of animated text
• Animated transitions should include masks, motion and shape tweens
• Whole ad is a “button” that clicks to a URL of your choosing

Publish the ads to your own Web site, and post the URLs in a comment here on the blog. We’ll review them in class next week. You should also bring the .fla file to class so I can see how you constructed it.

2. Find a favorite Flash project application to show to the class. Also post the URL to the class blog, and be prepared to discuss it if time allows.
